I'm guilty of saying #1 quite often and realized that you look better by calling yourself a freelancer. Creating a solid portfolio took some time because I was mainly taught to code but it gets easier over time. The last two I've been doing for a short while but getting a better handle on it. Thanks for pointing these ideas Michael.
Hi Michael, I've follow your videos from time to time, and I find them to be amazing. Plus I'm glad I ran into this one too. I've done some freelance jobs, but I'm considering to go into a business partnership with a buddy of mine to make leverage on workload. As you know, its a hard battle between being creative while keeping up on business levels. Do you have any videos that gives pointers on how to manage and maintain partnerships in a web design business?
Hey Mike I am inspired by your videos ..I am new to webpage design business.where can I find people to work with so to gain exposure I am not seeking for clients but I am searching for people who could employ me in webpage design… Plz do reply
Hello Mike! I love watching your videos but I have a question, I am 14 and I am trying to start a freelance web design business. I have studied web design for about two years now and I am fluent in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. I am little hesitant in starting because I don't have a lot of money and I'm a little worried that people won't take me seriously as a web designer. What should I do? Thanks, Luke
Thank you very much Sir. Your "Rule 1." Helped me realize that the very word "business" suggests "BUSY-ness." ; which implies an entity with multiple clients. So there really isn't any grounds to call it a business if i dont have a strong client base.
Hey Micheal, what about using online software platforms such as, wix and moonfruit vs using adobe software uploaded to regular hosting.
